When to use XR Pen?

1. Visualize Complex Ideas Transform abstract concepts into clear visuals by drawing or sketching directly in your VR space, making it easier to understand and communicate ideas.

2. Enhance Mind Maps Use XR Pen to add connections and annotations to your mind maps, helping you structure your thoughts and establish relationships between ideas in real time.

3. Annotate and Illustrate Make your notes more interactive by adding diagrams, charts, and illustrations with the XR Pen, turning simple text into dynamic and engaging content.

Enter and Exit XR Pen Mode

The XR Pen mode can be entered and exited by pressing the B button on the right controller (or the Y button on the left controller for left-handed mode).

• The XR Pen entry button appears when the PC is connected. Once connected, the XR Pen objects will be loaded, and they will disappear when disconnected.

• Switching to left hand mode is not possible while in pen mode. it can only be done after exiting pen mode.

Drawing

Once XR Pen mode is activated, press the trigger button to start drawing.

Size adjustment (Joystick up/down control)

You can adjust the area size of the Pen, Eraser, and Select tools, with five levels of adjustment available.

Undo/Redo (Joystick right/left control)

Straight line/circle gesture (Joystick press)

Hold the trigger button to draw a straight line. To draw a circle, extend the line to a certain length and then curve it back to the starting point to complete the shape.

Move pen object

You can grab the pen object with the grip button and move its position.

Tools

Press and hold the Tools(A) button on the controller and move left or right to select the tool.

Eraser

Select

The Select tool allows you to choose one or more pen objects to move or group them together. If you want to deselect the objects, simply double-click the trigger button in empty space.

Group / Ungroup (Joystick press)

When pen objects are selected, the Group button on the joystick becomes active. Press the joystick to group them. Similarly, when a grouped object is selected, the Ungroup button becomes active, and pressing the joystick will ungroup them.
