# Allow MTP Access

To include VR logs in your Support Code, connect your headset to your computer and allow file access. Use a USB-C cable that supports data transfer.

### Meta Quest / Galaxy XR

1. Connect your headset to your computer with a USB-C cable.
2. Put on the headset and make sure it is awake and unlocked.
3. Select **Allow** when prompted to allow access to your data.

### PICO

PICO requires a one-time USB setup before file access can be enabled.

1. Open **Settings → General → About**.
2. Tap **Software Version Number** 7 times to enable the **Developer** menu.
3. Open **Developer** and turn on **USB Debug**.
4. Select **USB Connection → File Transfer**.
5. Connect the headset to your computer.

### Having Trouble?

* Try another USB-C cable that supports data transfer.
* Connect the headset directly to your computer instead of using a hub or dock.
* Wake and unlock the headset, then disconnect and reconnect the cable.
