# Contact Support

For more accurate troubleshooting, get a detailed diagnosis.

If you experience any issues while using OVERAY DESK, you can contact us through [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/hgKnEHfwkr)

To help us identify the issue more quickly, please generate a **Support Code** in PC Host and include it with your support request.

### **Support Code**

A Support Code gives us access to the PC and VR logs needed to investigate the issue.

You can generate a code from the Account tab in PC Host.

`PC Host → Account → Support Code → Generate Code`

**If you experienced a crash in VR**, connect your headset to your PC with a cable and **allow MTP access** on the headset so the crash logs can be collected.

Once the code has been generated, include your Support Code when posting your issue on Discord.
