To help us identify the issue more quickly, please generate a Support Code in PC Host and include it with your support request.
Support Code
A Support Code gives us access to the PC and VR logs needed to investigate the issue.
You can generate a code from the Account tab in PC Host.
PC Host → Account → Support Code → Generate Code
If you experienced a crash in VR, connect your headset to your PC with a cable and allow MTP access on the headset so the crash logs can be collected.
VR Wired Connection — Gray: VR crash logs unavailable.
VR Wired Connection — Blue: VR crash logs available.
Once the code has been generated, include your Support Code when posting your issue on Discord.
Need help with VR Wired Connection?
If VR Wired Connection is gray, you may need to allow MTP access on your headset first.
